Finding the Right Ring Size – Even as a Surprise
If you’re shopping for someone special, the best way to determine their ring size is simply to ask. But if you’re planning a surprise, don’t worry—friends or family can often help discreetly without giving anything away.

For women, standard ring sizes typically range from size 3 to 9, with the most popular sizes being 5 to 7. Size 6 is the most commonly chosen.
For men, standard sizes range from 6 to 13, with sizes 8 to 10.5 being the most frequently purchased. Size 9 is the most popular.

These general guidelines can point you in the right direction. If you don’t see the size you need, the Mireli Jewelry team is happy to assist with a custom order.
You can also try one of several simple at-home methods to measure your ring size accurately.

If You Have An Existing Ring:

1Measure the inner diameter (in mm) of a ring that already fits the intended finger.

2、Refer to the Ring Size Chart to find the corresponding ring size based on the measured diameter.

If Not,How To Measure Ring Size With String, Paper & Ruler:

How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home:

    1. Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string snugly around the base of your finger.
    2. Mark the point where the ends overlap.
    3. Lay the paper or string flat and measure the length (in millimeters) using a ruler.
    4. Match the measurement to the closest size on our Ring Size Chart to find your ideal ring size.

More Ring Sizing Tips:

    • Your ring should fit comfortably—snug enough that it won’t slip off, yet loose enough to slide over your knuckle with ease.

    • If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size between the two.

    • Measure your ring size at the end of the day when your fingers are warm. Finger size can vary with temperature and time of day—fingers tend to be smaller in the early morning or when cold.

    • Fingers on your dominant hand are usually slightly larger—keep this in mind when measuring.

    • For best accuracy, measure 2 to 3 times and average the results.

What Happens When My Ring Is Resized?

To ensure your ring fits perfectly, resizing involves adding or removing a small amount of metal depending on the size adjustment needed. This may result in a slightly thicker or thinner band, but these changes are typically not noticeable.

At Mireli Jewelry, our skilled artisans follow strict quality standards. After resizing, your ring is carefully cleaned and polished to ensure it arrives looking as stunning as ever—and fitting just right.

Rings That Can’t Be Resized

Certain rings cannot be resized due to their design or materials. These include:

  • Diamond or gemstone eternity rings with a fixed number of stones per size
  • Rings with intricate milgrain or ornate detailing
  • Silver rings
  • Rings made from alternative metals such as tungsten

At Mireli Jewelry, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a ring in your correct size within 30 days of purchase. Please note that exchanging your ring may result in changes to the number of gemstones, diamond carat weight, or the amount of precious metal used. This could lead to a slight increase or decrease in the final price.

Measuring wrist with ruler for bracelet size guide – Mireli Jewelry

1. Wrap a tape measure or paper strip around your wrist to get the size.

Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your wrist. Mark the length with a pen. Or wrap paper around your wrist and measure against a ruler to get your size.

2. Add 1 inch (or 2.5 cm) to your wrist size for the bracelet length.

Leave enough space to fit 2 fingers under the bracelet. Add 2 cm if using fewer than 7 charms. Add 3 cm for 8+ charms. For a bangle, size up from your wrist measurement.

Bracelet Sizing Notes:

To find your ideal bracelet size, follow these tips:

  1. Measure your wrist snugly, then add 2–3 cm for a comfortable fit.

  2. Undecided between sizes? Consider how you like to wear your bracelet — choose a tighter fit for a sleek look, or looser for more movement.

  3. New bracelets may feel slightly stiff or snug at first, but they will naturally become more flexible and comfortable over time.

  4. Planning to add charms? Keep in mind that additional charms will tighten the fit, so it’s best to size up slightly if you plan to customize your bracelet.
